本會發起人許金仙女（Flor
de Loto）女士，
以堅實的內心及寬廣的胸懷，
跨越語言、民情、文化的藩籬與障礙，
以過人的天賦及毅力成為西班牙馬德里皇家舞蹈藝術學院
自十九世紀開校以來，
第一位獲得西班牙舞蹈教授最高學位的華人。
2001年許金仙女教授更將這份廣受國際專業人士肯定的榮顯光耀
帶回國內，為華人舞蹈界帶來瑰麗繽紛的光彩，
更把佛拉明哥氣韻獨具、古典雅緻的風格深植於國土。
許教授成立的中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會是國內和全球華人世界中，
唯一以傳承推廣正統優質的西班牙舞蹈藝術為宗旨的團體。
協會除了將正統的佛拉明哥藝術種子深耕於本土，更致力於推動西班牙舞蹈藝術進入學校之專業藝術教育、社會藝術教育體系之推廣，獎勵全球華人專業人士參與西班牙舞蹈藝術研究，補助學校社團及優秀人才出國深造及辦理西班牙舞蹈相關課程、評鑑、比賽、展演及國際交流等活動。
許教授表示，佛拉明哥是一種貼近人心的舞蹈，
用生命底的力量對靈魂吶喊，
其精彩迷人的風貌，一如人性的繁盛和多樣。
當你舞盡繁華，舞盡滄桑，你會舞進最接近生命底蘊的情感。
受過佛拉明哥舞蹈洗禮的靈魂，
一如西班牙的天空，又高又藍。
西班牙與台灣，
一樣是海洋的子民，一樣熱愛海鮮與美食，
一樣的好客、友善與熱情，一樣對外來文化有包容消化的能力，
更一樣有「今朝有酒今朝醉，管它明天不明天」的豪情與氣魄。
風中的花朵會拼命的開，果實卻涵藏著智慧落土。
許教授及其所帶領的西班牙舞蹈協會更期許在不遠的將來，
能邀請國際上優質的佛拉明哥表演團體至國內，一場一場表演成一展期，
豐富國內藝術環境，拓展國人的藝文視野。
我們欣見佛拉明哥的種子在這裡萌芽發展與茁壯，
也樂見台北國際佛拉明哥在世界舞台上綻放。
而今年，國際Flamenco在台北正式上演，

La
asociación de la danza española de la República de China
Le
invita a disfrutar y compatir
una
libertad y perfección
que
nunca jamás deleitado en la vida.
La
iniciadora, maestra Hsu Chin Sien Nee(cuyo nombre español Flor de Loto),
supera las barreras del idioma y dificultades de la tradicción y la
cultura con un firme volundad y un corazón de aceptación. Y por
medio de su talento y tenacidad sobresaliente, ella ha convertido la primera
figura taiwanesa quien obtuvo el título de la Real Escuela Superior del
Arte Dramática y Danza desde que se fundó la dicha Escuela en
siglo XIX.
El
año 2001, maestra Hsu se llevó este arco de gloria que habían
reconocido los especialistas internacionales a Taiwán(su país
natal), dí un nuevo colorido al mundo de danza del círculo asiático,
y ella también empezó a cultivar este estilo profundamente de
elegancia y finalidad clásica flamenca en nuestro país.
La
asociación de la danza española de la República de china
fundada por maestra Hsu es el único grupo tanto en la isla como en el
mundo asiático cuyo misión es de promover el arte pretigiado de la
danza española tradicional.
La
asociación no sólo cultivar la semilla del arte de la danza
flamenca en esta tierra, también se dedica a la promoción de arte
y baile español en la educación formal del baile escolar y para la
de adultos, y además, ofrece las becas a los especialistas de todo el
mundo quien se destaque en los estudios del arte y la danza española;
ayuda financiera a las actividades extra-curriculares y a gente sobresaliente la
oportunidad al estudiar en el extrajero, y también celebra actividades
como cursos, evaluaciones, competiciones,presentaciones e intercambios
internacionales.
Según
lo que dice maestra Flor de Loto, Flamenco es una danza que se aproxima al corazón;
flamenco grita al alma por medio de la fuerza del fondo de la vida, y su aspecto
atractivo es variado y activo, tal como la complejidad de ser humano.
Cuando
uno al bailarlo alcanza al alma, puede acercarse a lo profundo de los
sentimientos de la vida. El alma, que está bautizado por dicha danza
flamenca, como si fuera el cielo de España: es no sólo alto sino
también celeste.
Los
españoles y los taiwaneses tienen las mismas características: a
ellos les gustan comer pescados y comidas ricas; son los pueblos marinos; son
generosos; son amigos y pasionales y tienen la capacidad de aceptar y asimilar
la cultura exótica.
Tiene
la vitalidad y coraje del “Carpe diem”(Aprovecha la vida).
Las
flores florecen y fallecen en el viento, sin embargo, el fruto contiene sabiduría
en la tierra.
Maestra
Hsu y la asociación de la danza española de la República de
China esperan que en el futuro próximo, puedan invitar a las compañías
flamencas prestigiosas y notables a Taiwán para organizar una serie de
presentaciones, y para enriquecer el ambiente artístico del país,
expandir la visión del arte dentro de la isla Formosa.
Estamos
satisfechos de que la semilla del flamenco brote y crezca en Taiwán, y
que el flamenco internacional de Taipei brille en el escenario del mundo.
El
año 2005, la asociación de la danza española de la República
de China celebrará el 5 de noviembre en el parque Da-An en Taipei un
festival otoñal de flamenco.
Le
invitamos que venga a ser testigo del fruto de esta danza en el oriente.
En
este festival, habrá cuatro interpretes(en chino,en español, en
inglés y en japonés).
Esperamos
que todo el mundo venga a deleitar con nosotros en este carnaval del arte.

【2005 Flamenco International in Taipei】
Flamenco, a charming art from a distant land , is conventional yet contemporary. An art, infused with Asian delight, is a termination of grief, a touch of joy. A shinning star from the west is guiding us to seek for the real art of Flamenco on this friendly land. Taipei city is now well dressed up for this exotic art of dance.
The Spanish Dance Association is promising you a comfortable and perfect afternoon. With sincerity, we invite you to share this profound art of Spanish Dance. Release your body and feel the music, to dance with your heart and feelings, to enjoy yourself in the wonderful afternoon and the most beautiful season in Taipei
Professor Chin Sien Nee Hsu, the founder of the Spanish Dance Association, with her multiple talent and undefeated determination, conquered the barriers and obstacles of different languages, customs and cultures. She earned herself the highest honor from the Royal College of Dance Arts, in Madrid, Spain, and became the first Chinese who had ever won the highest accreditation since the college was established in the 19 century.
Along with her glamorous success, Professor Hsu came back from Spain and brought with her the unique art and planted the seeds of Flamenco in this land. The Spanish Dance Association, led by Professor Hsu, is the only organization in the Chinese world to promote the formal Spanish dance art with excellence,
Besides to promoting the formal Flamenco art in Taiwan, the association is dedicated to introduce the art into all levels of educational systems, also offers scholarships to encourage the professionals in studying Spanish dance, and supports schools and institutions to develop Spanish dance courses, in addition to holding contests, performances and international intercourse.
Professor Hsu once said that Flamenco is a dance that can touch the deepest feeling of all mankind, and a total liberation to the souls, the attractive characters of Flamenco are so different and variable, same as the humanity. When you have danced through the good and lean years, you will dance into the bottom of your heart. The souls that are baptized by Flamenco are as clear and blue as the sky in Spain.
The people of Spain and Taiwan, are both peoples of the sea, the same seafood lovers, with the same warm and generous hospitality, and the greatest tolerance and acceptance to different cultures. While flowers are wide opened in the wind, it is fruits carry the seeds to the soil.
In order to enrich and broaden our vision of art, Professor Hsu and the Spanish Dance Association are expecting to invite superior Flamenco groups to perform in Taiwan, in the near future.
We are delighted to see the seeds of Flamenco are sprouting and growing, and we look forward to seeing Flamenco International in Taipei become well known by the world.
This year, the Flamenco International festival will be held in Taipei.
We invite you to define the Flamenco, to witness the power and the beauty of this art in Taiwan. During the festival, there will be four language interpreters; all friends from this world village would be most welcomed to join this carnival with joy.

中華民国スペイン舞踊協会が
皆様と共にこの秋の輝きの時期に今まで味わったことのない
自由奔放な美を楽しめましょう
本協会の創始者許金仙女(Flor de Loto)さんは
粘り強さや、驚異的な吸収力を生かし、言語、国民性及び文化の違いを乗り越えて、
独自の才能や努力で200年歴史を誇るスペインマドリードローヤル舞踊芸術学院の最初の舞踊教授という学位を得られた華人でいらっしゃいます。2001年許金仙女教授が輝かしい名誉と経験を持ち、祖国の台湾に戻り、フラメンコの魅力をたくさんの人たちに伝え始めました。
許教授は中華民国スペイン舞踊協会の成立に全力を尽くされ、現在台湾国内では当協会が伝統フラメンコを代表する唯一の団体となっています。
協会の活動はフラメンコの台湾国内の普及にのみならず、学校での専門教育や優秀な人材の育成及び、フラメンコに対する研究活動など、幅広く及んでいます。
許教授はフラメンコは人と人の心を近づけさせる舞踊であり
生命の力で魂に対する叫び、その魅力的なところは
人の性格のように繁盛で多様である。

本会は11月5日大安森林公園で秋大会を開催致します。
