各位女士, 先生, 和貴賓們,
本人許金仙女, 西班牙文名字Flor de lotot出生在台灣, 成長在西班牙. 職業就是一個人的成長, 我的職業就是西班牙舞蹈, 我在西班牙已經住了二十年了. 西班牙人說: 一個地方住久了, 就是你的故鄉. 所以說台灣是我的第一個故鄉, 西班牙是我的第二個故鄉, 中國人, 西班牙人都是我的同胞.
我期望著我第一個祖國的同胞, 能看到我第二個祖國他們最美好的舞蹈文化藝; 也期望第二個祖國能把他們最美好的舞蹈文化藝術呈現給第一個祖國的同胞. 因此, 我願在兩國之間, 搭起一座橋樑, 而我就是這座橋樑, 終其一生, 為他們奉獻, 為他們努力.
藝術是我們生活的反影. 經由藝術的粹煉與昇華, 人類的情感得以一種更深沉與優美的形式來表達. 在眾多藝術型態裡, 音樂與舞蹈大概是最早被我們人類的祖先所運用一直到現在. 幾乎每一種文化都發展了其獨特的舞蹈與音樂來安撫靈魂, 抒發情感, 伴隨它的子民們走過無數的歲月. 許多人們在音樂與舞蹈裡找到了他們心靈的寄託. 在眾多的音樂與舞蹈之中, 佛拉明哥可說是非常的獨特的. 在它的精(隨)裡沉澱了許多不同民族的情感與人生智慧. 佛拉明哥所表達的快樂與憂傷是從心靈深處毫無虛假的熱切吶喊. 這大概就是佛拉明哥之所以如此吸引人, 重要的原因之一. 雖然有很長的一段時間裡, 佛拉明哥一直只流傳在西班牙的吉普賽人之間, 然而它終於在最近半個世紀裡受到所有人的注意, 進而幾乎成為世界音樂的代名詞.
這幾年來, 佛拉明哥也漸漸在台灣裡現身. 越來越多人開始注意並進而喜歡上這門精緻與深沉的藝術, 可是截至目前為止, 國人在台灣裡能夠學習與浸淫真正正統的佛拉明哥藝術的機會實在仍如鳳毛鱗爪. 不過各位的等待已告結束. 我今天很榮幸要把我們這個新的協會介紹給大家, 相信它可以彌補大家的遺憾. 中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會已於今年四月經內政部通過, 正式成為國內推廣及教育西班牙舞蹈的官方組織. 這個協會的成立不但為台灣的藝術文化掀開歷史性的新頁, 它也將是全球華人世界中僅有的一個, 以傳承正統西班牙舞蹈藝術文化的團體。
本會將以傳承推廣正統西班牙舞蹈藝術為宗旨, 未來並將長期推動下列事項： 推廣西班牙舞蹈藝術進入學校之專業藝術教育、 一般藝術教育, 及社會藝術教育體系； 獎勵全球華人專業人士參與西班牙舞蹈學術研究，補助學校社團活動及優秀人才出國深造，及辦理與西班牙舞蹈相關課程、評鑑、比賽、展演及國際交流等活動。 期將最正統的，最美好的西班牙舞蹈文化帶給自已的同胞， 並豐富台灣文化藝術內容。 更希望有朝一日能在歷史悠久的中華文化衝激之下, 讓佛拉明哥綻放出更燦爛的花朵.

Soy Chin Sien Nee, Hsu. （金仙女，許） Mi
nombre español es Flor de Loto. Nací en Taiwan y crecí en
España. La profesión representa el crecimiento de una persona,
y mi profesión es bailarina de danza española.
He vivido en España hace veinte años.
Como dicen los españoles, 《si
vives en una tierra por mucho tiempo, esta tierra ya es tu patria.》 Por tanto, Taiwan es
mi primera patria y España mi segunda.
Los chinos y los españoles todos son mi pueblo.
Deseo que mi pueblo de Taiwan pueda ver y apreciar el arte más
bello de la danza española, mientras que mi pueblo de España puede
exponer su arte de la danza más maravillosa a la gente taiwanesa.
Esto es el papel que quiero desempeñar, un puente entre los dos países
para los que he tenido la voluntad de dedicarme toda la vida.
Hoy tengo el honor de presentarles nuestra nueva asociación.
La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República
de China ha sido reconocida por el Ministerio de Administraciones Interiores
este abril como una organización oficial en Taiwan. Nuestras metas para promover la educación del arte de
danza española son las siguientes:
Primero,
introducir el arte de danza española a los sistemas educativos del arte,
incluso a la educación profesional, la educación general y la
educación para los adultos. Segundo,
animar a todos los chinos profesionales en el mundo que estudien el arte de
danza española, dar fondos para las actividades extracurriculares y para
los estudios en el extranjero. Y
por último, planear y organizar los cursos relacionados con la danza española
y las actividades de los sistemas de certificación, concursos, actuación
y las de intercambio internacional.
Como
objetivo de la asociación, queríamos presentar a nuestra gente la
cultura más hermosa y auténtica de danza española y
enriquecer la cultura taiwanesa con más diversidad. Esperamos que haya un día, con la nutrición de
la cultura china, en que el flamenco florezca maravillosamente.
Muchas
gracias a todos por venir para celebrar y ser testigos de este momento tan
importante que, con mucha esperanza, llegue a formar parte de la historia como
un punto de cambio de rumbo de nuestra cultura.

Ladies n’ gentlemen, and the distinguished guests,
I am Chin Sien Nee, Hsu. My Spanish name is Flor de loto. I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Spain. It is said that that once you choose your profession, you choose how you are going to be. I choose to be a Spanish dancer. It is Spain that I have spent my last twenty years. As the Spanish said that your home town is where you spend most of your time; therefore, Taiwan is my first home town while Spain is my second. Both Chinese and Spanish are my people.
I hope my people in Taiwan can appreciate the most beautiful art of dance from Spain; in the mean time, my People in Spain can use this opportunity to present their finest art of dance to Taiwan. This is the role that I want to be, a bridge between my two beloved countries, of which I am willing to devote the rest of my life.
Art is the reflection of our life. It distills the reality and transforms the feelings into something more profound and beautiful. Among others, music and dance are probably one of the earliest forms of art to be employed by our ancestors until this day. Almost every culture has its own dance and music that comfort the souls, express the feelings, and carry their people through generations and generations. Many people find their sanctuary in music and dance. Flamenco, as a very unique art of music and dance, has an essence that is condensed from all sorts of feelings and wisdom from many different kinds of human races. The expression of happiness and sadness through Flamenco is one of the most direct and passionate cries from the bottom of the heart. This is probably one of the important reasons why Flamenco is so charming. Although Flamenco has been remained mainly within the society of Gypsies for many generations, it has now finally made its way to be one of the best accepted world music in recent years.
In the past few years, Flamenco has also gradually made its appearance here and there in Taiwan. More and more people have come to aware and adore this elegant and profound art of life, but it is, in general, not easy to find a good source of real authentic Flamenco in Taiwan to immerse and/or involve in. Well, the wait is over. I am very happy and honor to present you this new association of ours to make up this gap. ASOCIACION DE DANZA ESPANOL EN ROC is recognized by our government in April to become the de facto organization in Taiwan to promote and educate Spanish dance, including Flamenco. The founding of this association not only opens a new leaf in the art history in Taiwan, it has also become the first official Spanish dance association in the world of Chinese culture to bridge and cultivate the art of Spanish dance. The goal objective of this organization is many-fold. First, introduce the art of Spanish dance into all the Taiwanese art education revenues; including: the professional education, the general education, and the adult education systems. Secondly, initiate and encourage all the Chinese around the world to study the art of Spanish dance; found the related activities and abroad studies. Last but not least, plan and organize the related courses, certification system, performance and exhibitions, and culture exchange activities. It is the goal of the association to bring the most authentic and beautiful Spanish dance culture to our own people, in the mean time, to enrich Taiwanese culture with yet more diversity. It is our hope to see the marriage of the art of Flamenco and Chinese culture will eventually blossom to something even more beautiful.
