中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會創會理事長許金仙女 (Flor de Loto) 教授，畢業於西班牙舞蹈最高學府「馬德里皇家舞蹈學院」取得最高學位，是該學府自19世紀開校以來，五位該校東方畢業生唯一獲此殊榮的華人。許教授於2001年回國後致力於推廣西班牙舞蹈教育，並將融會貫通的佛拉明哥舞蹈(Flamenco)、古典西班牙舞蹈(Clasico Español)、波麗露部門舞蹈(Escuela Bolera)、西班牙地方舞蹈(Danza Regionales)、古典芭蕾舞蹈(Ballet Clasico)等五大類別，每年創作發表不同藝術風格、戲劇張力、視覺美學、文化內涵的舞蹈作品，包括：Sevillanas、Alegria、Buleria、Solea、Malagueña、Corre Corre 、Plaza de toros 、Revolotear por la vida、Rumba Gitana 、En la chabola、La lluvia、Pavo Real等，成為華人世界西班牙舞蹈之精典藝術與重要之文化資產。
自2001年以來，中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會、許金仙女西班牙舞蹈團、佛洛黛蓮Flamenco舞蹈教室，每年盛大舉辦【國際佛拉明哥在台北】活動，從無間斷。於今年適逢台灣光復 70 週年大慶，許教授，特將【國際佛拉明哥在台北2015】精心規劃為知性與感性的靜態活動，主題【佛拉明哥的經典饗宴】，於2015年11月7日星期六，來響應這個特別有意義的年度，亦周知全球愛好者，中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會僅僅14年的光景，奇蹟般的創造出一個華人的佛拉明哥舞蹈藝術之光華年代。

Hsu Chin Sien Nee (Flor de Loto), la directora que estableció La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República de China (Taiwán), graduada con el título superior en el Real Conservatorio de Danza de Madrid, fue la única etnia china que consiguió éste título de honor entre los cinco graduados asiaticos en la historia del Conservatorio (desde el siglo XIX).
En 2001, la profesora Hsu regresó a Taiwán con el objetivo de popularizar el flamenco mediante su enseñanza. Cada año presenta sus obras con la inspiración de las danzas que domina: flamenco, clásico español, escuela bolera, danza regionales y ballet clásico, cuyos diversos estilos representan un sentimiento dramático, una estética visual y la cultura profunda de su alma. Las obras incluso: sevillanas, alegría, bulería, solea, malaqueña, corre corre, plaza de toros, revolotear por la vida, rumba gitana, en la chabola, la lluvia, pavo real, etc. Son propiedad cultural clásica del arte y la danza española en el mundo chino.
Comenzado en 2001, se celebra magníficamente el evento anual – “Flamenco Internacional en Taipei” por La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República de China, La Compañía de la Danza Española Hsu Chin Sien Nee y Flor de Loto Escuela de Baile Flamenco.
Este año, coincide con la conmenoración de los 70 años de la retrocesión de Taiwán a la República de China por parte de Japón, la profesora Hsu ha planeado unas actividades intelectuales y sentimentales denominado “Un Festín Clásico del Flamenco” como una forma especial de “Flamenco Internacional en Taipei 2015,” donde se darán honores utilizando este arte hacia el pueblo de Taiwán. Para éste año muy significativo en Taiwán, será un acontecimiento único.
En sólo 14 años, La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República de China, ha creado un periódo luminoso del arte flamenco en esta tierra, y queremos compartir este fruto con los aficionados del flamenco en todo el mundo.
Professor Chin Sien Nee Hsu (Flor de Loto), the founder of the Spanish Dance Association of the Republic of China, is the first Chinese who obtained the highest accreditation as a Spanish Dance Professor from the Royal College of Dance Arts in Madrid, Spain, since the founding of the college in the Nineteenth Century. Professor Hsu has dedicated herself to promoting the education of Spanish and Flamenco dance since she came back to Taiwan in 2001. With five kinds of Spanish dance techniques, Flamenco, Clasico Español, Escuela Bolera, Danza Regionales, and Ballet Clasico, Professor Hsu choreographs a new dance every year, including Sevillanas, Alegria, Buleria, Solea, Malagueña, Corre Corre , Plaza de toros , Revolotear por la vida, Rumba Gitana , En la chabola, La lluvia, and Pavo Real, which become both the classical arts of Spanish dances and important cultural assets in the Chinese world.
The Spanish Dance Association of the Republic of China and the Flor de Loto Spanish Dance Group have held the Flamenco International in Taipei annually since 2001. This year marks the 70thanniversary of Taiwan Retroration Day, so Professor Flor de Loto has initiated a special activity for the event, entitled “Classical Feast of Flamenco”, which is held on November 7th in 2015. It takes just 14 years for the miraculous birth of a Chinese community of flamenco dancers and a spectacular artistic era.
中華民国スペイン舞踊協会創始者兼理事長である許金仙女（Flor de Loo）教授はスペイン舞踊界で最も権威のある「スペイン王立舞踊演劇高等芸術学校（コンセルバトリオ・テ・マドリー）」から最高の学位を取得しました。その芸術学校は19世紀開校以来5名の東洋人卒業生がいました。その中で許教授が唯一の中国人(華人)でした。2001年に許教授は故郷の台湾へ帰国し、スペイン舞踊・文化の推進に力を注ぎました。毎年行なわれている創作発表の中でフラメンコ、古典フラメンコ、Escuela Bolera Danza Regionales、Ballet Clasicoなどの五つの舞踊要素を取り入れて数多くの作品を創り上げてきました。 Sevillanas、 Alegria 、Buleria 、Solea、 Malaguena、 Corre Corre、 Plaza de toros、 Revolotear por la vida 、Rumba Gitana 、En la chabola 、La lluvia、 Pavo Realなど数多くの作品があります。それらの作品はそれぞれ異なるスタイルで演劇性があり、見て美しくストリー性もあります。今まで許教授が創り上げた数多くの作品は既に中国人（華人）フラメンコ舞踊の重要文化資産となっています。
2001年に中華民国スペイン舞踊協会、許金仙女スペイン舞踊団、Flor de Looフラメンコ教室を立ち上げました。毎年「国際フラメンコ in 台北」を盛大に開催し、継続して行って来ました。今年丁度日本植民地支配から解放70周年があり、許金仙女教授は「国際フラメンコ in 台北」を特別行事として例年のフラメンコの発表から今回は「知性」と「感性」の両面から「フラメンコin台北2015年」を企画しました。テーマは「フラメンコにおける最高の饗宴」に決定しました。2015年11月7日土曜日に日本植民地支配から解放70周年の特別な意義を持つ年と共にお祝いを考えています。
全世界のフラメンコ愛好者の皆様に知らされている中国人（華人）フラメンコは台北から生まれたのです。許金仙女教授は1４年という短い期間で力強く、魅力的なフラメンコ団体を創り上げるという奇蹟を起こし、中国人（華人）フラメンコ舞踊芸術に光を照らしました。
