中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會創會理事長許金仙女 (Flor de Loto) 教授，畢業於西班牙舞蹈最高學府「馬德里皇家舞蹈學院」取得最高學位，是該學府自19世紀開校以來，五位該校東方畢業生唯一獲此殊榮的華人。許教授於2001年回國後致力於推廣西班牙舞蹈藝術，並將融會貫通的西班牙地方舞蹈(Danza Regionales)、波麗露部門舞蹈(Escuela Bolera)、佛拉明哥舞蹈(Flamenco) 、古典西班牙舞蹈(Clasico Español)等四大類別，每年創作發表不同藝術風格、戲劇張力、視覺美學、文化內涵的舞蹈作品，包括：Sevillanas、Alegria、Buleria、Solea、Cantiñas、Malagueña、Corre Corre 、Plaza de toros 、Revolotear por la vida、Rumba Gitana 、En la chabola、La lluvia等，成為華人世界西班牙舞蹈之代表性與重要文化資產。
自2001年以來，中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會、許金仙女西班牙舞蹈團、佛洛黛蓮Flamenco藝術中心，每年盛大舉辦【國際佛拉明哥在台北】活動。中華民國西班牙舞蹈協會僅僅16年的光景，奇蹟般的創造出一個華人的佛拉明哥舞蹈之當代藝術典範。今年【國際佛拉明哥在台北2017】訂2017年7月8日星期六，舉辦知性與感性的靜態活動，主題為【華人Flamenco藝術典範-向許金仙女致敬】，分享許教授回到台灣這塊家鄉土地上，十多年來不間斷的舞蹈創作及教學播種，帶領華人子弟深入西班牙舞蹈的精髓。
Hsu, Chih-Sien-Nee (Flor de Loto), la fundadora de La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República de China (Taiwán), graduada con el título superior en el Real Conservatorio de Danza de Madrid, fue la única de origen chino que consiguió éste título de honor entre los cinco graduados asiaticos en la historia del Conservatorio (desde el siglo XIX).
En 2001, la profesora Hsu regresó a Taiwán con el objetivo de popularizar el flamenco mediante su enseñanza. Cada año presenta sus obras con la inspiración de las danzas que domina: Danza Regionales, Escuela Bolera, Flamenco y Clásico Español, cuyos diversos estilos representan un sentimiento dramático, una estética visual y la cultura profunda de su alma. Las obras incluso: Sevillanas, Alegría, Bulería, Soleá, Cantiñas, Malaqueña, Corre Corre, Plaza de toros, Revolotear por la vida, Rumba Gitana, En la chabola, La lluvia, etc. Son propiedad cultural importante de la danza española en el mundo chino.
Comenzado en 2001, se celebra magníficamente el evento anual – “Flamenco Internacional en Taipei” por La Asociación de la Danza Española en la República de China, La Compañía de la Danza Española Hsu Chin Sien Nee y Flor de Loto Centro de Baile Flamenco. En solo 16 años, La Asociación se convierte en un modelo del arte flamenco del mundo chino. El evento ¨Flamenco Internacional en Taipei 2017¨ celebrará en el sábado, 8 de julio con actividades intelectuales y sentimentales. El tema ¨Rendir Homenaje al Modelo del Arte Flamenco del Mundo Chino, Hsu, Chih-Sien-Nee¨ muestra la esfuerza de creación y enseñanza de la profesora Hsu durante más de un década, y la esencia de la danza española que ha presentado a sus alumnos.
Professor Flor de Loto (Hsu, Chin Sien Nee), the founding chairman of the Spanish Dance Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan), who graduated from the most distinguished dance school in Spain, “Madrid Royal Academy of Dancing”, obtaining the highest degree. She is one of the five Asian who graduated from this school ever since the establishment of the school from the 19th century. Professor Hsu has work endlessly in propagating Spanish dance when she returned back to Taiwan in 2001. She has collaborated the four major schools of Danza Regionales, Escuela Bolera, Clasico Español, and Flamenco, creating different artistic styles, dramatic expressions, visualized forms, and cultural spirits, including Sevillanas、Alegria、Buleria、Solea、Cantiñas、Malagueña、Corre Corre 、Plaza de toros 、Revolotear por la vida、Rumba Gitana 、En la chabola、La lluvia, as the most representative cultural heritage of Spanish dance in the great Chinese community.
Since 2001, the Spanish Dance Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Hsu Chin Sien Nee Spanish Dance Group, and Flor de Loto Flamenco Artistic Center organize a great event of “International Flamenco in Taipei”. There is only 16 years of the Spanish Dance Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan), creating a miracle of Chinese Flamenco as the artistic model of the time. This year, “International Flamenco in Taipei” has proposed on July 8, 2017, with both sense and sensibility static activities, with the theme of “Representative Chinese Flamenco– in tribute to Professor Flor de Loto”. There is also sharing of all the hard works Professor Flor de Loto put in into the homeland, endeavoring endless dancing innovation and teaching cultivation, to bring about the students with more in depth of Spanish Dancing essence.
中華民国スペイン舞踊協会創始者兼理事長である許金仙女（Flor de Loo）教授はスペイン舞踊界で最も権威のある「スペイン王立舞踊演劇高等芸術学校（コンセルバトリオ・テ・マドリー）」から最高の学位を取得しました。その芸術学校は19世紀開校以来5名の東洋人卒業生がいました。その中で許教授が唯一の中国人(華人)でした。2001年に許教授は故郷の台湾へ帰国し、スペイン舞踊・文化の推進に力を注ぎました。毎年行なわれている創作発表の中で Danza Regionales、Escuela Bolera 、フラメンコ、古典フラメンコなどの四つの舞踊要素を取り入れて数多くの作品を創り上げてきました。 例をあげれば、Sevillanas、 Alegria 、Buleria 、Solea Cantinas、 Malaguena、 Corre Corre、 Plaza de toros、 Revolotear por lavida 、Rumba Gitana 、En la chabola 、La lluvia、など数多くの作品があります。それらの作品は既に中国人（華人）フラメンコ舞踊の重要文化資産となっています。
2001年以来、中華民国スペイン舞踊協会、許金仙女スペイン舞踊団、Flor de Looフラメンコ教室は毎年「国際フラメンコ in 台北」を盛大に開催し、継続して行って来ました。中華民国スペイン舞踊協会は僅かの16年間で「華人」フラメンコ舞踊模範を創り出しました。今年の「国際フラメンコ in 台北」は2017年７月８日土曜日に開催します。今回は「知性」と「感性」の両面から「フラメンコin台北2017年」を企画しました。テーマを「華人フラメンコ芸術模範＝許金仙女に敬意」に決定しました。この機会に許金仙女教授が台湾に帰国して、16年間をかけて創り出した作品及び全ての華人フラメンコ愛好者、生徒達に導いたスペイン舞踊の神髄を存分に味わいましょう。
